But only in English, not Chinese due to respecting certain laws. With the addition of chat will come higher volume and higher volatility. I have had good experience with them, customer service is working very well now too. They even rised the earlier <10BTC withdraw limit without manual corfirmation to maybe <20BTC so now bigger withdrawals come instantly too.
