No one would be able to get your money back, the only person who can do that is the scammer himself.
Best exchanger in forum? What do you mean? ALWAYS USE ESCROW while you want to do trade on here.

Select one of them and check if they are doing escrow for account sales, because no all of them do it you will be safe if you use them and not go first again if you do not want to be scammed again, on this forum, there are so many scammers who run for 5$ if it's possible
