There are a lot of new coins coming out that are not strictly 'pre-mined', eg there are no, or very few blocks mined before the coin is announced. But they heavily mined right after announcement, huge amounts of coins by the coin creator and those (lucky enough?) really early adopters, due to low starting difficulty etc. I propose a new term for this; Insta-mined whatdya think, do we need such a term? does one already exist?
