Hello every one! I Would like to know yours opinion about money lending using PayPal, and give people small credit lines from PayPal to PayPal, what you think about that? Thanks for your reply's.

That either you will scam or you will be scammed. paypal is not a safe network for money lending/lendors

PayPal isn't really a safe network for anything, and I think lending is against their Terms of Service since PayPal already has a lending system called Working Capital.


You also wouldn't be able to provide sufficient documentation required for chargebacks, meaning you would always lose the chargeback dispute.

This ain't possible as PayPal is not really a good platform for Lenders and the like. Think about it, it's really hard to buy BTC or Altcoins using PayPal as they are very strict with their policy.

Yeah I agree with them. Senders will always win in a dispute. The only reason receivers win is either they have super solid proof of the transactions (ie. receipts and tracking number etc.) or you're a big ass company accepting paypal payments.

You mean, if i borrow money to you and you open dispute,i win that dispute yes ?

It's depending of many factors, how trust Lender and how trust borrower.
It is sufficiently safe way to lend without risk.
for example a situation where sending as for friend option,  Trust lender lent same pp amount (with taking collateral), barrower repaying with BTC or pp with refund option, so chargeback not possible(I think)
on the other hand Lender has the ability to recover fund(in defoult case) if Lending took sending money as for service.

I agree completely that pay pal is a terrible choice for any sort of lending.  I have heard nothing but bad about pay pal and their dispute policy.
