Title: Transfering ETHBits to Cryptopia
Post by: Continuous on June 15, 2017, 08:58:34 PM
Hello,

today I received 100 ETB and I decided transferring these to Cryptopia to sell them after.

Here are the two transactions:

https://ethplorer.io/address/0xf5acd2cb16eeba003d3fe1790a0c0b3de65da89e

And the transaction sent to Cryptopia:

It already has 308 confirmations and yet I haven't received them on Cryptopia.

Any clue on what could have happened ?

If this isn't the proper section also let me know, thank you.

ETB did a token swap yesterday, it's likely you sent old tokens to Cryptopia instead of the new ones which is why they won't have been credited to you. Open a support ticket with Cryptopia, they'll return the old tokens to you (it may take a day or 3) so that you can then upgrade the tokens to the new smart contract after which you can deposit them to Cryptopia for trading.

Details on on the upgrade (and the how to): https://blog.ethbits.com/2017/06/14/token-upgrade/

Extremely appreciated for the reply, in the meanwhile I've already opened a support ticket with Cryptopia.

Thank you for the information, you've been of great help.

I'll now close this as Cryptopia should be able to solve it for me.
