I was expecting a few hours, you may have gotten a helping hand from someone else as well.
Anyhow, the optimal fee changes all the time, so keep an eye on the trend to avoid having to wait and possibly ending up with a dropped transaction. Thanks for this link, this is informative as I may need this whenever I will send btc. Also, some are using viabtc payment accelerator. You can try this one if the former does not work out.
