Hi,

I am create wallet. can any tell me How to confirm check receive bitcoin and how to confirm transaction?

What client are you using? The client should tell you the transactions that the address generated by the client has gotten. If not, you should have given someone your address, it starts with 1 or 3. Go to blockexplorer.com and search it there. You should be able to see the transaction history of it.

Confirmations are not done by you. Miners mine blocks and include transactions in them to confirm your transaction.

I am create wallet using Blockcypher. How to check receive bitcoin?

are you sure you used blockcypher? i am not even sure if they offer a bitcoin wallet! they have something regarding payments but it doesn't seem like a normal user can get access to, you need to use their API and pragmatically generate an address!
if that is the case then just the same API to query an address and see its balance:
https://api.blockcypher.com/v1/btc/main/addrs/address
