Wondering where to buy this coin. I tried changenelly but there price is like 18 cents more per coin compared to the price of the market?

Yes Changelly has very high prices.

Best thing is buy BTC and then go to an exchange like Poloniex and buy XEM with your BTC.

If you use bitcoin to buy, I recommend use bittrex because bittrex is the best exchange/ trading service here and you can easily withdraw your coin in less than 5 minute. Moreover, there are various coin for you to choose on bittrex

 Try BTC-e Exchange.  They got the most lowest rate.

A few months ago I would have told you Poloniex. But now I think Bittrex is the best exchange to go.
It is really quick and has good price, because they are set by supply and demand.

I think exchange would be a better option. buying from BTC. I would add ETH and  LTC because i considere coinbase a good entry point from fiat to crypto with "normal" fees. So you can buy BTC, LTC or ETH on coinbase and then move to the other alts on an exchange.

Go to bittrex there you can see the coin exchange at a very cheap cost

I also prefer Bittex over Poloniex since there has been a lot of posts here about Poloniex being not reliable. However I have my total amount of Altcoins split 50/50 on Bittrex and Poloniex to prefent a total loss if one site is hacked.
