People claim that Nitrogenbets.eu is a respected gambling platform and an asset to early crypto ecosystem. But the beheviour with which the Moderators handle the requests are ruthless.

So, Whats My Beef?

I am old account holder of Nitrogenbets.eu  and have played there like 9+ btc in a single bet, Never had any problem until today , when i requested a withdraw of 1.75 BTC[1] and then 0.8 BTC.[2]

The Moderators( Particularly Moe uid = 8 or 9) over the sportsbook are arrogant and short tempered, and thus should not be support.

Chronology:

I asked for withdraw first [1] and then [2] , and [2] arrived successfully. the [1] went struck for 10 hours and counting.
i told the moderator [Moe] (id=8 or 9) then he kept replying like a bot with just words like "withdraws are processed in order they are received"
I told him, that why are he blabbering the learned slaggy words and not looking into my problem as my first withdraw did not arrived and the second one arrieved , so it clearly voids his statement ""withdraws are processed in order they are received"".

With this he got angry and told me "Have a good day and banned me"

I pmed Nitrogenbets  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=88706l)here, 2 times from morning, i have been sitting over the laptop in my office from past 10 hours to get a response. he is not replying after once.

I emailed them from my business email to them as for priority, but no reply.

i created a support ticket, they replied once it will be processed soon.
People over the Nitrogenbets are playing and getting the transaction processed and i am sitting here and worrying. for the proof , i have people like Hhampuz (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=881377) , BookerT, dalin667 from there can support my petetion.

I even told them that better cancel my withdraw and let me play for 1.75 btc that i have here, they never credited in my account.

I told over the chat from before the game that i will be placing a bet on a particular match with odds 1.5 which is a win, but they ignored me.
Either way 1.8 BTC is not a deal for me nor for them i guess, what they have hurt me is of valuable time, the money that i could have multipled ~3.9 and most importantly muting me and thus exploding me to write here.

i open a situation for all DT members, You Placed a bet on Primedice( suppose) , you made a deposit and they arrived to theaccount but got vanished at the time of playing, then you started to say on chat your problem and they banned you, what will you do?? Either way PD will eventually pay you?? But is the MOD ( Moe ) a worthy mod? should i get a reimbursement? or you would aspire for? leave the reimbursement just tell me why you did that?

Either way 1.75 BTc is nothing, I have been scammed by Betcoin.ag recently for 145 LTC and a months back for 3 Total BTC from user BetAdvisor? so what... remember reputation matters.

so you guys will say no no..they are this that.. remember Today was my day...may be tomorrow will be yours.

Damn. That's effed up. I play there from time to time so I'm in for the results and to decide if I'll play there ever again. Pay z man his money. He beat you, he beat you good.

Sorry this was responded to in a round-about way. I think a mix of misinformation on support's side and a lack of responsiveness from us in marketing contributed to how you felt about Nitrogen today. You were completely fair in holding us to the fire in the way you received a resolution, and for that, I apologize.

On rare instances players may experience withdraws jumping others by a matter of hours in the queue. The hard and fast rule is that we will process withdraws within 24 hours at most, which in fairness is still quite a bit faster than most fiat books. However, we try not to let it get to wait time you experienced. You were certainly right to ask us about it.

As far as I know the chat moderators don't do payments but they can tell the payment department to expedite your withdrawals so if you really did piss that guy off he might have stalled your TX on purpose. Perhaps you could try to contact the NS forum rep here and explain to them what the issue is. It's a shitty situation but sometimes you just need to wait it out.

And another thing ->
Did BetAdvisor really scam you for 3 BTC? How did that happen? If you don't mind me asking but I didn't know about this till now and got curious.
