Every coin will have a forum or blog where you can discuss this type of things. For example , in the case of burst coins, it has got a forum for burst coin community members to discuss such type of issues.If You can't find such forums or blog, its better to open a thread in the altcoin's section in this forum. I am sure someone will be there to help to solve your issues.
