UPCOMING SIMPLE FAUCET - 400 SATOSHI EVERY 6 HOUR & 40% REFF. 2017. Totally depended upon ads revenue No 3rd party investment needed. Will it be a good idea? As I'm seeing, faucet owners are creating faucets with small time interval between claims, and offering low rewards, seems this is the only way they found to make it work.

Offcourse, you can put many popup advertisements and multiple url shorteners on your faucet. It doesn't sounds good. Also, earlier you said that you will launch network of 26 high paying faucets. So,where these your faucets :) ?

Look my faucets, I pay 10 to 40 every 5 minutes, in other words, in 6 hours I pay about 2k satoshi (depending on the users' luck). And if I pay only 10 satoshi to my users every 5 minutes, in 6 hours they can get about 720 satoshi, almost the double of your reward

40% ref will attrack more cheater and bots on your faucet. You can add 1, 2 captcha but beleive me :) i will bypass it because of the rate.
