Post by: AT101ET on June 18, 2017, 04:34:41 PM HIBTC have it listed as an IOU but aren't allowing deposits yet so I'm not sure how people have open trades as it comes up with an insufficient funds error when you try to trade despite their being an active exchange with open buy and sell orders.
