Post by: kr1z1s on June 18, 2017, 04:42:33 AM
This topic is only about my USA nodes located in Chicago.
If you are interested in my nodes in Russia, go to another forum (https://forum.bits.media/index.php?/topic/38977-btcltcdashbchlccbcabtxvtcmonaoresibgbxinnhthgamenlgabygldstncannkzcpacaurdgbarg-%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%8B-p2pool-%D0%BD%D0%B0-p2p-spbxyz-p2p-southxyz-p2p-ekbxyz-p2p-usaxyz/).

Currently working p2pool nodes for ASIC, GPU and CPU mining.

Image  - http://p2p-usa.xyz:5025/static/image/nice.png   located on those nodes that are compatible with NiceHash.
Image -  http://p2p-usa.xyz:6016/static/image/asicboost.png   located on those nodes that are compatible with Asicboost(sha256).

If you use workers WALLET.XXX you should know that DOT(.) and all that after it - is cut off!

I did download the local DPC wallet (DigitalPrice-qt-win32-0932.zip), which you provide, but this doesn't sync and don't have any active connections to the network?

The latest debug statement: trying connection 23.152.0.160:42642 lastseen=93.4hrs
2017-10-22 13:15:31 connection timeout

1. Close wallet. In C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\DigitalPrice create DigitalPrice.conf

I did add the nodes in the .conf file but nothing happens.  Just to be sure i also restarted.

last statement debug log: 2017-10-22 14:32:45 trying connection 23.152.0.160:42642 lastseen=94.7hrs
2017-10-22 14:32:50 connection timeout

When i start the wallet, i can't see any attempts to connect in my firewall as well?

Am using W10x64, can this cause the issue?

It works. Everyone who downloaded it from me it works.

For you to judge that i can't handle your instructions is a joke!  :D  How difficult can it be to navigate to the folder you instructed and paste a line of addnodes?...
Instead of judging, you could better try to be helpful smartass.

I can't excess does it require high speed internet because our MBPS in our country is so slow that many people are so irritated. Everytime I click server maintenance and it will be back at approximately 5-6 hours but after 7 hours of waiting still no go? What is the right thing to do here? Thanks

here are few stats of 2x A4+ and 2x L3+

accepted / rejected

6152 / 1180
3231 / 711

L3+
28576 / 1783
18584 / 1503

the uptime of L3+ is higher thats why its has more accepted but it has way less rejects compared to A4+
i have 47x A4+ and about 33x L3+, all the A4+ have rejects close to 15 to 20%, which is also the DOA Hashrate, which isn't incorrect i think, atleast my miners say 15 to 20% rejected
is this due to difficulty switch or can i add extra commando?
this is only with the A4+ (with latest firmware)

I'm a USA miner of DGB scrypt & sha256. I've been using the p2p SPB server & really like how I'm paid directly when the block is found & it matures in my wallet not some else's "before" mine.

I suggest you guys create a Twitter Acct
If you do, I believe you can get the DGB community to help promote your pool for DGB. I will help especially USA based pool
Many of us use TheBlocksfactory because they are the largest publically known pool.

Also, contact DGB or Jared Tate or Rudy with DGBAT I am sure together each gaining a little can work something out. If the community knew a fee of 1% & another .5 fee went to the DGB group themselves directly, the community would support it I think :P

Your methods with "more hashing power" would make you more competitive. Multipool nor hash to coins can keep enough hash to compete with TBF. Also MiningPoolHub does not offer DGB scrypt

2 questions...
What version is the pool? v6.16.2 ? I want to use my Trezor Segwit address. I cant at TBF... my point exactly. (I just tried using Segwit address with this pool & nope, not yet either)
ALL pools hashing are combined to find the blocks right? So even if SPB finds the block the USA miners with shares get their portion?

Yes. It's one network. You can go on Chicago with your wallet and the reward(predict) will be saved.

Please double check your payout math
TBF has 8x the hash & I get about 3 DGB per block found
65Th on this p2p gets me .3 per block on 2.2Th total pool rate
I average about 600 per day on TBF
That's about 25 DGB per hour
I'll be lucky to get 3DGB per hour at the current payout rate

Again just testing & checking but .3 DGB with 65Th per block don't seem right on a 2.2Th pool
I could average better at Multipool

TYIA Keep us posted

UPDATE: ***I checked the SPB pool & someone with 65Th got paid 20 DGB for block ;)
Please double check pay out math

65Th on this p2p gets me .3 per block on 2.2Th total pool rate
I average about 600 per day on TBF
That's about 25 DGB per hour
I'll be lucky to get 3DGB per hour at the current payout rate

Again just testing & checking but .3 DGB with 65Th per block don't seem right on a 2.2Th pool
I could average better at Multipool

TYIA Keep us posted

UPDATE: ***I checked the SPB pool & someone with 65Th got paid 20 DGB for block ;)
Please double check pay out math
From SPB Pool

It's p2pool.
The payment system is such that you need a few days.
The payment is gradually increasing.
But then, if you remove the hashrate, you continue to receive payments.

https://preview.ibb.co/gt2dvp/2018_08_09_05_50_05.png (https://ibb.co/kcnYT9)

You have increased the payout. But you've removed the hashrate.

But - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dgb/address.dws?DDwE3NGKfqLJFy8g5dFraS1rzpUT1RkZzs.htm

You keep getting coins.

Please review the payout system to avoid such issues.

Dear miners!

On SHA-256 nodes Chicago implemented AsicBoost technology (Beta testing)

BTC - http://p2p-usa.xyz:9334/static/
BCH - http://p2p-usa.xyz:9338/static/
LCC - http://p2p-usa.xyz:5555/static/
DGB - http://p2p-usa.xyz:5027/static/

Attention! At frequencies different from the default, some miners have problems when working on the nodes with AsicBoost.

This is my first time attempting to use P2Pool.

I've had no payouts for 48 hours on either of two DGB Qubit pools. Can someone offer some assistance?

I currently have my ASIC Miner going to stratum+tcp://p2p-usa.xyz:5023   pass 111
My incoming address is to a DGB wallet that is inside the Coinomi multiwallet. Do I need to be running P2Pool software or a full DGB node locally for this to work?

This wallet works well with p2pool. But you use BECH32 address. p2pool is not working yet with bech32. Need use LEGACY address.
Support for new addresses will be added later.

How long does it take to send payment after you stop mining? Or when will payments get sent?

This is p2pool. When p2pool find a block -  using a generated transaction, coins recorded on the addresses of miners.

When does the actual payment get sent to the miners address? I am currently mining DGB.

Immediately upon finding the block.

This is blockexplorer. You can see. What wallet do you use? If you do not receive coins, then your wallet does not support generated transactions.

My payments show up on that site but not in my wallet? DGB Chrome App wallet...

This is a blockexplorer that takes information from the blockchain. So your wallet does not know how to work with such transactions.

Write to the technical support of this wallet. Attach transaction references. Ask them to solve the issue. And change your wallet if you want to keep going. Use the official wallet - Core or Coinomi (for Android and IOS) or Bittrex (Exchange)

As long as the chain has your shares - you get coins with new blocks. What address are you mining to?

Which DGB address format did you use?!
I am also mining on Qubit, using Legacy DGB address which starting with D
Other DGB addresses such as dgb1... or S... won’t work and your ASIC (Baikal x10 or G28) shouldn’t be connected to p2pool

Even though you can recover your coins with seed from Coinomi.

Pool interface says : Global pool rate:    2.81 PH/s
EU pool
Local rate:    297.90 TH/s

US pool
Local rate:    431.84 TH/s

That makes us 728TH/s at which pool is the rest 2PH/s hashrate ?

Dear miners, below is the important information on my SHA256 nodes!
As many know that last time me and vnish were working closely on his firmware’s update for Antminer S9  to provide more stable work on p2pools, especially on BTC p2pool.

One of the results from this cooperation is the developing of his firmware’s modification for my sha256 nodes.

The point is that many people use his firmware with fee, mining on p2pools sha256 and especially on my nodes. In this case total fee is 2% for developer and 1% for me.

In new developed firmware modification the total fee is 1% for developer and 1%  for me. In this case, if you use exactly original firmware modification for p2pool, there will be no fee as it has been already included to the firmware.

The nodes themselves are developed in order not to take node’s fee from miners, who are using this firmware.

With the support of active participant Sedsem it was checked, how it works. And he can confirm that even with the fixed 99,99% fee on node - there was not fee taken from him during the mining.

At the same time all functions of original firmware by vnish are fully secured.  And mining is allowed everywhere - not only on p2pool.

Currently link for firmware downloading is presenting on each sha256 node except the Auracoin, which  is almost not being mined.  If it’s necessary this coin will be developed too.

Direct link to my Dropbox with firmware is  https://www.dropbox.com/s/xh0jtr65ocww0re/Antminer-S9-xilinx-vnish-3.7.3-p2pool.tar.gz?dl=1

release 3.7.4.1 asicdip S9 firmware from VNISH for my SHA256 nodes

1) overall stability;
2) when corrected BUG ASIC could pour HW;
3) added in a tune HW section profiles;
4) rendered the regional settings on a separate tab;
5) fix translation errors;
7) small correction BUG-in to work with BTC.com tools;
8) Updating the log size (that he did not write that filled);
9) a lot of work done under the config multiplier (now he is not inferior BTC.com tools);
Extended functionality, such added features:
1) to propagate configuration does not have the workers`;
2) add to the existing worker is the host name;
3) add to existing worker`s ip address;
4) My worker is completely including the host name;
5) My worker is completely including the ip address;
6) change the pools and to pass the necessary pools.
Addition
1) eliminated BUG log clearance;
2) critical BUG eliminated in a multiplier configuration.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/pkx9valdyqnd56g/Antminer-S9-xilinx-vnish-3.7.4.1-p2pool.tar.gz?dl=1

With this firmware node fee will be equal to 0%.

On DGB nodes sha256, scrypt and qubit algo ALL addresses types support!
Legacy (P2PKH) on D, so-called Segwit address (P2PKH) on S and new type bech32 address on dgb

skein and groeastl algo - later

Hello Kr1z1s!

Any advise to connect from nicehash?

Im trying BCH from nicehash EU in http://p2p-ekb.xyz:9338
Wich of your servers do you tink is best for nicehash EU?

Also how to set minimum difficulty of 1000000 required for nicehash?
Do your servers accept "Append "+difficulty" string to your P2Pool connection username"  like stated in https://www.nicehash.com/help/which-mining-pools-are-supported (https://www.nicehash.com/help/which-mining-pools-are-supported)

Without it the order turns from alive to dead very often.

and with it  works very ugly and most of the time is dead

For now im just trying Asicboost, advise too about using or not using it please.

Thanks in advance!

Hi

All my servers know how to work with Nicehash! Full natively support.

You don't need to add +1000000. But this working.

Recognition of Nicehash is automatic. The difficulty is given automatically.

Ping to p2p-spb.xyz
p2p-ekb.xyz
p2p-south.xyz

And use best.

ekb didnīt set it with or without +1048576 (In fact with +1048576 is worse  ;D )

Already do a test on spb, works well but with 25 - 52 % Delta on nicehash and 8 -12 % DOA on your pool  :-\

Later will test on south

Do you know if nicehash can do a ping to your servers? i cant find that tool, thats why i asking you! what of the 3 servers you know or think is better for the Nicehash EU, i think for the nicehash USA is the usa server, because there is only one, but EU is other story!

Thanks!

Thanks!

I'll check EKB, very strange

Now the difficulty for Nicehash is selected automatically

Don't look at the DOA

This indicator is not correctly determined

Look here http://p2p-spb.xyz:9338/static/classic/graphs.html?Day

Here, the data about the shares

And - good (mean: 275TH/s)
Area: 23.7EH (100% total)

100% GOOD

You get paid for shares

I can see my test in that page:

Dead
Mean: 261GH/s
Area: 22.5PH

Total
Mean: 4.12TH/s
Area: 356PH

so 6.32% DOA

I Just want to find the best configuration (Like everybody, jeje), and i will test the options off course. Lets see what can find, do my run in BCH 6 or 7 days, and then jump to BTC  8) .

Im tired for now, tomorrow will test south server.

Thank you!

Yes, but in classic stats page (http://p2p-south.xyz:9338/static/classic/graphs.html?Day) correct ONLY NODE(!!) stats

Only it takes into account your real share. But it's ALL shares, ALL miners

User stats below - incorrect.

Look here.

Example

http://p2p-south.xyz:9338/static/

ONLY 1 miner!

DOA incorrect - DOA 820.98 GH/s / 1.92%

Why? But because http://p2p-south.xyz:9338/static/classic/graphs.html?Day
Second graph - good (mean: 31.5TH/s)
Area: 2.72EH (100% total)

DOA is missing. There are no losses in payments.

New Chicago server installed and configured.

IP address changed from 144.48.104.74 to 66.151.242.154

If you set your miners to domain name (p2p-usa.xyz) then you do not need to change anything

If the IP address(144.48.104.74) is set in the settings of your miners, then replace it with a domain name.

After updating the DNS servers, all miners will automatically move to the new server.

Many new nodes are running on the new server (for ASIC, GPU, CPU)

Hi, I'm mining on your Goldcoin Chicago pool and I noticed that the link to the block explorer has the old abbreviation for Goldcoin (GLD) which was recently changed to GLC.  It's showing up in the url link to the mining address on the block explorer and also in the url link for each txid for blocks found.

Thanks for the great pools!

No payout threshold. The block is created with your wallet inside coinbase transaction.

I'm trying to mine Yenten in your pool today, with this address: YQqFKoc8t7QcBH2Sg8h9SecYBkQAkzxABa
The pool hash rate is around 5kH/s and my hash rate is around 4kH/s.
So, I predicted my earning is around 40 YTN for this recent blocks, but it was less than it.
I wonder how the distribution is calculated in your pool...it is determined total share? each miner's share is not reset when a block is found?

There is information on the pool page

"System of payments - Pay Per You Shares in Sharechain
Maximum predicted payout in 1 day.
After leaving the p2pool payments will be received for some time!"

After connecting you during the day will increase predicted pay.

Sharechain - mini blockchain. Gradually, it appears your shares.

After a day your shares are distributed on it.

And then you get the maximum reward for your hashrate.

After leaving the p2pool your shares will start to pop out on sharechain. You predicted payouts will decrease.

But you will continue to receive a reward from the found blocks. Even after you left.

And very small thing though, I hope you will fix the abbreviation of Yenten from YEN to YTN!

I am mining on the chicago Cann node and can not figure out how to get the coins sent to my wallet. I have my CANN wallet address as my worker name. I see how much I have earned on the CRYPTOID page, there is a send coin button, but that does nothing. I have been mining for 3 days and nothing has been sent to my wallet. It shows I have a balance that keeps going up, same as the recieved but zero sent. How do I trigger the payout to my wallet address? FYI, totally new to mining, using a D3

what wallet do you use?

Pool offers Instant Payout immediately when block found via Coinbase transaction.
Coinbase transaction - be careful to mine directly to Exchanges or Online wallets, they may not support such transactions.
Mining to local wallet is the most preferred and the safest way.

Yes.

This android wallet does not work correctly with p2pool coinbase transactions

The coins came to the address. Blockchain (cryptoid) confirms it.

But the wallet does not know how to display them.

Usually after updating the wallet all the coins that have been mined before the update time appear. Every time.

With their official Core wallet no such problem

Thank you for your answer. Now I know the problem. So how do I fix? You said the Core Wallet, not sure what that is, if you could point me in the right direction to get that, I would really appreciate it. Then, after I get the new wallet address, I know I will just change my worker name to that address in the antminer settings, but how do I get the already mined coins sent to that new address?

The pool doesn't store coins. They are immediately generated on the wallets miners.

Look at the blockexplorer. The coins are already in your wallet. If possible - export privkey from you address. And import to core wallet - https://github.com/cannabiscoindev/cannabiscoin420/releases/tag/v0.13.1

Or wait for the update Android wallet. After update coins will be there.

Hello Operator,
can you share Myriad Argon2d p2pool settings on github or send me in email?
Please! I need this info :)
my email: online.jobs.news@gmail.com

i tried to create myriad/Argon2d settings, but don't work...

i try in p2pool/network/myriad_argon2d.py:

from p2pool.bitcoin import networks

# CHAIN_LENGTH = number of shares back client keeps
# REAL_CHAIN_LENGTH = maximum number of shares back client uses to compute payout
# REAL_CHAIN_LENGTH must always be <= CHAIN_LENGTH
# REAL_CHAIN_LENGTH must be changed in sync with all other clients
# changes can be done by changing one, then the other

Guys I was able to successfully install and run a node but my GBT latency is very high (more than 0.4s average). On what depends this latency?
My hardware is old. 2 Xeon E5060 3.20GHz processors and 8 logical cores, 6GB RAM and SSD drives for the blockchains

Node peers:	 =>0 / =>3
Can you add the link on addnode-list, for old peers?
Also, can you add the form, to post and add the IP(DomainName):PORT for the working sync-node, if your pool have 0 connections???
Can you add link on discord?
