Sorry to say, but I must be honest, you have come up again with selling ways to dubious accounts, which may get you some pennies, but it can land you in trouble too. Imagine someone using your method, commits a crime and names you as the one who gave him the idea, you are sure to be quizzed.

Of course, this method can let happen some crimes also. That's why i told the seller to increase its price to $100 because it is worth the price really. 
Besides this, the OP should offer to sell pre-made paypal accounts and phone verification services using this method and not to expose this to everyone at such a cheapest price.

I never have tried on bing.
You don't need to spend a single cent to make your accounts.

May I ask you why can't you accept paypal?  i will send you money as to a friend/familly so there will be no fees and no possibility to dispute/chargeback.

It doesn't make sens to pay in BTC small amounts as network fee will make the overall cost higher a lot.

But as far as Paypal is concerned, it is not allowed in my country. There are various exchangers are available here but they do not exchange little amount of $20 to $50. I already have some paypal which I use to buy products only.
That ia the main reason behind to not accepting paypal.
