Hi guys,

I converted a Turkish friend of mine :)

With one problem: I have no idea how he can buy bitcoin safely. Is there an exchange thats safe in Turkey? Like Coinbase/Kraken/Bitfinex?

Suggestions are welcome!

In order to buy bitcoin safely, you can use the official services with 100% guarantees such as koinim, paribu, btcturk. But in order to use these systems you have to have a bank account in one of the banks in Turkey. Otherwise, it would be impossible for you to withdraw your money.

He can use Koinim.com, it's the biggest exchange in Turkey. He needs to do some verification process as usual due to AML/KYC.
He can buy directly from forum users here, too. There are plenty of trusted sellers here in Pazar Alanı.

Dostum, yurtdışında yaşıyorum ama ben bile koinim ve paribudan işlem gerçekleştiremedim. Şu an yurtdışında bulunan Türkiye Hatlı cep telefonlarına bile doğrulama kodu yollayamıyorlar. Onlarca defa mail attım ama herhangi bir düzelme yok.
