Hello, I am a complete beginner. I would appreciate if somebody could direct me in how I can buy ethereum directly (with money: CC or paypal)? Thanks in advance!

You can hold funds in an exchange website and using that you could buy ethereum. This is the best way to buy or else need to buy from an exchange and needs to withdraw to the myether wallet if you want to hold it for a long time period as an investment.

If you are planning to buy ethereum using paypal, maybe you could try to find a seller that is willing to trade ethereum for your paypal in the currency exchange section on this forum. As Paypal transaction can be charge-back by the user, and you are just a newbie account at the moment, I don't think anyone would be willing to take the risk on this trade unless you could find a trusted member to escrow this trade.

You can try Poloneix , just depo some usd then exchange it for ETH .

https://www.coinbase.com/ is the easiest way but you will have to provide IDs and it's not that perfect, in fact every excahnge is not the best one. Don't hold your coin on exchanges rather use a wallet where only you have your private keys. If you are here only to flip a buck, please consider and understand the risks involved, don't invest more than you can afford to lose. Understand that you can't reverse transaction when you send it.

You could buy bitcoins (there are more ways) and after simply exchange them to Ethereum via some excahgne such as Poloniex or Bittrex.

One of the most private ways would be to go through https://localbitcoins.com/ you can find people that will sell you bitcoins for bank transfer, use reputable sellers its pretty easy and fast. It can be a bit complicated at first since they do it like an escrow.

It is difficult to find a seller that will accepts paypal or credit cards , you can try local bitcoins, there are a few traders there that accept paypal for bitcoins and the popular alts like eth. Poloniex doesn´t allow fiat. You have to deposit crypto currency there being USDT (US dollar token) one of them.
So to buy ethereum there are a few ways:

P2P directly in the forum. Beware of scams, do it with trusted members and use escrow.
Buy Bitcoin, deposit it one a number of exchanges ( i like poloniex and bitfinex) and trade for ethereum.
Use diferent services such as coinbase (my favorite) to buy ethereum with bank wiere or credit card.

I  thank the most easiest way to buy crypto currency with fiat is on BTC-e exchange.

you can buy ETH from exchanger. it will be safe way. go bittrex or polonix. deposit USD and buy ETH :)

yes i agree with you, i think it will be safe to buy eth from exchanger like bittrex.com or poloniex.com, just deposit your money and then buy eth.

The best place to buy Ethereum(ETH) is Bittrex Exchange market. Here you can use bitcoin(BTC) to exchange to Ehereum. That's how you can buy one coin with another.Goodluck
