I have the basic plan but I can still use it for netflix and general internet usage and it works fine. I'm thinking about getting the premium though.

Their service annoys me sometimes because of their late response time. If I email at 10 AM, they might only get back to me at around 4 or 5 PM which they should start to improve on a bit. Can you play online on xbox or anything? Have you tried 4k videos with it?

The premium plan I have gets LTE plus so it can get around 50 mbps so I can actually play CSGO on my desktop with it. I don't have any problems with streaming or anything.
