I was browsing on the primedice forum and just a little over 20 minutes ago, I saw Edward's post that a new CEO is to takeover the Oldest Dice Site in bitcoin history. The new CEO is none other than MICRO.

I quote Edward's post :

"Micro has been moved to CEO of Primedice after the forfeiture of Stunna & myself as advisory.

This transition stage will take place over the course of a few weeks."

What is the reason of the fortifeiture? Haven't really seen any news about Stunna messing up something recently, and I would think it would be a large reason since people can make mistakes.

Government ban of bitcoin casino in which country?
Cause if they were in the US then I can understand it with their online gambling laws against almost all of some type of gambling with out the proper license that it seems only is allowed to states and not to private owners or if they are in either Las Vegas or Atlantic City.
But they must of just instated a law prohibiting of bitcoin casinos because it was operating for so long.
Must of been triggered by their radar once bitcoin flew past the $2300 mark to surpass gold prices.

Well to see MICRO's hard work towards community he well deserved that. Its not big surprise for me as he has alot for the PD community.

I obviously need to read more into some of these sites, as I barely recognise the name Stunna and have never heard of MICRO. It would be extremely interesting to know the reasons behind these decisions. I'd imagine once a site gets as successful as PD, managing and owning it becomes less nitty and gritty. Earning becomes simpler (not to be confused with easier).

It was a kind of shocker to me as Primedice is running and earning pretty well. Need to know the reason behind it. After the end of directbet whether this will be the end or a new beginning.!!

As per Edward, he said that for the better good of Primedice, it'll be best to have Micro take over. But he will still be around. More information at forum.primedice.com .

Edward and Stunna are still owners and investors. And they will still have huge impact on primedice.

Ther are just working on some bigger awesome stuff. Hint hint we just started alpha testing.

They are just giving me more work essentially 😀. I will be decision maker and i will work very hard with them to make primedice even better place.

That sounds interesting and quiet intriguing  8)  Well, all things do have really a reason and i would like to say that Congratz MICRO on becoming the new CEO of Primedice. I know you are capable on this position and lots of people do really expect on the fullest potential and services would give by the site to its players.

Yeah. Australia was planning to crack down on bitcoin transfers as they see it as a harm to their economy the way it is being handled now. With all the hacking from these groups behind things in recently such as what happened to hospitals and other systems in the UK.
They do not want this happening to them, so they put out that release to the media early this month in the news.
They are just ignorant to what bitcoin is so they are fearing it so which when this happens they just out right ban it's use in certain industries out from their country.

Congrats to MICRO for becoming the new CEO for primedice, Stunna have put in a lot of effort in the past to make primedice into one of the most popular dice sites for many players. It was great to know he would still be in primedice as an investor, I believe MICRO are capable of improving the site and making it better in the future  :)

Is there any registered company behind PrimeDice? If yes, what's the name of that and where is it registered from?

I can not disclose that information at this moment but we are working on making Primedice fully transparent and we are working on getting the licenses for most of the world.

I've never read PD forum, but Stunna and MICRO are very well known users here.
IMO PD are not obligated to make the reason of this change public. Also, it's not definitely a sign of a problems.  It could be just pure monetary/company policy decision.
And whatever is the reason, more important is the Brand. Does people stopped buying iPhones when Tim Cook changed Steve Jobs. Nope. Now Apple is even healthier than before. Aldo I likes Jobs more.

And Contacts @MICRO! I guess the new position is coming with enough benefits. Be wise :D

What is the reason of stunna's forfeiture? Do he lose from voting or maybe he lose his share in this company?

but well for MICRO been promoted to CEO I think the bounties well frequently runs smoothly since mostly he is the one who orginized it and maybe we can see more bounties coming later on these days.

Primedice is one of the oldest and reputed dice site.
Hope this change is for the betterment of the site.
All we want is a better user experience.

Just because you stop being the CEO doesn't mean you screwed up.

PD is the biggest dice site on the web. Just imagine how filthy rich those guys must be. There is no way that they continue like this. They'll either re invest and start new projects to become even more filthy rich or stop working and give the work to MICRO just to enjoy their hollidays :D

If you look at the definition, forefeiture is when you give up something (in this case, CEO of PD) as a penalty for messing up.

I am curious as well why Primedice executives are removed and changed all of a sudden. Generally, most executes don't leave something just like that even if they more projects happening. I hope this does not involve anything fishy. Gamblers should be on guard though.

To feed your curiosity, visit the link I have posted above. But let me answer one of your question. Stunna and Edward, or just Ed is not removed, rather, they gave way to someone they think is better in terms of decision making. And that somebody is Micro who have shown dedication to Primedice.

Basically when it comes to anything related to Bitcoin don't be surprised. Look at how many ICOs are appearing all of a sudden and look at the hundreds of millions of dollars raised. Same goes for the regulation and this is probably why PD needs to make these changes due to the residency of some of the developers probably.

Wish they would state more info to the public however about the true reason for this change.

There is nothing to worry about guys if anything I will be the first to work very hard on transparency. Everybody knows who I am and my real name etc.
That is a good way to start.
I will talk with shareholders about making pd bankroll and all the stats public as well. I want to make bitcoin gambling transparent alongside provably fair. So players can gamble without any suspicion or anything to worry about. Just relax and gamble to have fun. That is what gambling is for after all.

So what I gather is you guys pretty much want to go public in the form of either an ICO or by people investing in your sites bankroll. Is that the reason why you guys are restructuring your company so it can be more regulated?

It depends whether you are a speculator or a gambler. Pretty sure if you just gamble on Primedice then it will be little to no change to you. But if you are someone that is looking to invest into Bitcoin related services then this might be a good opportunity.

Wonder if there will be some kind of revenue sharing or maybe even some ICO token for the Primedice Inc company.

I would like to know why it happened, and it happened all of a sudden actually. I just hope nothing bad has happened before this change of leadership. So far primedice has been one of the leading dice sites and has never had any issues since its inception. Good luck with this PD!

Stunna is kind of engraved in my memory of my early bitcoin days.
So I'm pretty curious on what's going on with the website and why he left.

Nothing happened, it is probably because of legal issues ( most likely ). No one is going to leave one of the most profitable gambling business to date , there are a whole lot thing that they can get if they continue this project. Or perhaps they just want to make MICRO busy so that both of them could finally have some holiday?

If you read the OP, Edward said himself that there was a 'forfeiture' that they may have caused. But let us wait for Micro's announcement.
