Some of the recent successful ICO promised to return revenues to contributors: What do u guys think it's the best way? For example Monaco pledged 1% transaction value into the token, while Polybius pledged 20% annual revenue. If a token has a financial incentive in the form of dividends then that token would have a closer definition to a security. This is very dangerous because these will be specifically defined as an unregistered security as Kprawn said in his thread. It would be better to leave the tokens as is as a useful part of the project or platform. If they don’t sell all tokens, it likely means they won’t be able to target all platforms they’d like. Could it be true my opinion? This is just input my opinion for token.
