If you divide the people with religion then yes God may have told something like that in all of the religion. But God has also given us brains and the ability to make your own decisions. There is religious fanaticism and faith. There is a world of difference between these two, faith has moral values, intellectuality, and reasoning on the other hand fanaticism lacks all these, it is psychological.

Someone who hates homosexuals and is religiously fanatic has already psychologically attuned his/her mind into believing that:

1. God has a reason to kill homosexuals.
2. God has assigned him/her to kill homosexuals.

It is difficult to understand the psychological mindset of people who hear God's voice and end up committing heinous crimes. Was it that they hated something so much that they used God as a reasoning tool to act upon it or is it that there religious fanaticism lead them to hate something so much that they ended up believing that they were indeed carrying out God's will?

That is during the law. We are now under grace. Jesus came to die for the sins of all humanity and it only takes belief in Him and His work on the cross and turning away from sin. I wouldn't do it for two reasons. One, is that I don't want to be in jail for killing another person , homo or not. Two, is I believe in another saying in the bible that "thou shalt not kill". God is the one who will punish those who have made a mistake and those who did not follow him. The command stated on leviticus 20:13 is only valid at the time of Jesus I believe from when he can talk to God.

It is written in the scriptures that if you will be living with swords, you'll be dead by swords too. And if God is commanding that to do so, it is not murder as murder is a crime and for sure there's a reason behind it. But there's no way God to command us this thing anymore.

I would never kill a human being, be it a homosexual or any other person. I have seen your point and that the bible clearly stated that a man or a woman shall be put to death if encountered having sexual relations, but this is just wrong. It is morally wrong, because it is an act of murdering someone, therefore i wouldn't do it even if God commanded me, i don't even have an assurance that God exist. So for me i just follow my own conscience and if it means doing the right thing i would gladly do so.

If you are really God fearing, no doubt that you will do what God's commandment. Even your going to kill a person, because like what the Bible said in Romans 6:23 it says Therefore the wages of sin is death. But whoever obeys God's word will not perish but have eternal life.

If God commands you to do anything that He has commanded you to NOT do, then you better check out real well and see if it was really God who commanded you to do it.

For example. God has commanded us to not kill people. God has, also, commanded us to pay taxes (it seems). So how is it that we wind up killing a bunch of Middle East people through our taxes? And how can a bunch of Godly people work where they manufacture machinery and arms for killing ME people?

If God orders to kill someone, then a person starts mental disorders and needs to go to a doctor. God can not order to kill a person just because of his orientation or other signs.

Wouldn't a better idea be drafting them to the front lines?

First thing is God will not order you to kill someone who can still change.  We have our own freewill and we can do whatever we want.  Homosexual is a choice, for me, it is.  If you think that you are like that and you wanted to be like that, then you can be homosexual.  But the point is, you have your own decision and you have a choice. 

God is God, and He loves everyone.  He is God and He can do what appropriate lesson He can give to people whom He wanted to change.

I agree with you.  God is God and He can do things without the help of us humans.  If God will punished people because of being a homosexual, he can do it without asking someone to kill them.  He can just give them lesson for them to realize that they are beautifully created and that they deserve to be like what they are created to be.  Besides, killing someone is prohibited and is a sin so He will not command us to do things like that.

God will not command such thing even its the most evil person in the world. If he asked me to kill homos, I will tell him "FUCK YOU GOD". I'd kill who I want to kill even without someone telling me to do it, of course you need a valid reason to do it. Being a homo is not enough reason to be killed unless you're from Islamic countries.

God can not command to kill someone, even if it's a homosexual. This is some kind of wrong religion in which God himself destroys all that he created. He loves everyone and wants them to go the right way.

I don't know the god you serve, but mine will definitely not say something of such as what is preached is love and that is something I have learned to be part of. If I cannot cope with you livelihood, I move on to another person rather than staying for me to start harbouring hatred that would then lead to something else if care is not taken.

You can say that god never kills anyone. But the followers of various religions (especially those from the Semitic religions) have killed hundreds of millions of people during the last two millennium. Even now, religion is the primary cause for warfare and genocide.

According to the bible, God kills millions of people too... there was that great flood that killed everyone on the planet except 9 people... Sodom and Gomorrah... Lot's family... the 10th plague where God kills every first-born male, both humans and animals (note: they were innocent of any crimes)

Speaking of passover... why did God need the Israelites to paint blood on their doors?  Does God not know who his followers are without a bloody door? Or... could it be... that God doesn't exist, and the Israelites themselves went around at night murdering anyone without blood on their door, and claiming "God did it"?

According to the Bible, God owns everything, because He created and made everything. Certainly He made people in every way. So, everything, including people, is His property.

According to our rules and laws, we have the right to do with our property as we wish. How much more God? God can do no wrong, because everything in the universe is His property.

Loving your neighbors as you love yourself is also clearly written then and i don't think there's anything there that says specifically  who your neighbors are.
