The domain itself looks suspicious enough along with the website design. Anyways, you still haven't received any tracking or confirmation from them?

HOW CAN WE BLOCK such websites?

Simply by googling their brand / domain with "scam" tags. Look at the domain registration, I wouldn't ever advise to be the first one to buy from some site like this which has no reviews just to get your card 50$ cheaper. Why don't buy them from a site like amazon where you have a money-back garantuee?
Sold out?

With 1 search i found the following info on them,

https://www.reddit.com/r/MoneroMining/comments/6ipovg/mininggraphiccardscom_a_scam/

1. Their address from their 'Contact' page seems to be somewhere a bit isolated in Denmark too: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Nordb%C3%A6kvej+17,+6040+Egtved,+Denmark/@55.6261973,9.2008703,3516m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x464b6585196ed677:0x5af4ac7c31505490!8m2!3d55.626148!4d9.207815

2. See the reddit post for some more info, however i'm guessing you're the one who made the post.

The dude was also using a hacked ebay account to promote his shitty website. I've left him a nice red trust rating and tagged him as a scammer.

If you've lost money I suggest you do the same, and report his scam to the authorities in your country.

I doubt that it will go anywhere, but you can try to contact "live chat".  I do not mean contact this site through their chat, but the company that does their chat and see if they can give you anymore contact info for them.  If you are just compiling info about them, fill out the chat thing and look into the email that responds, checking for the email server and such things, obviously check the domain registration see what other sites are being hosted by these guys.

Search for their email in the search engines using the sites facebook, ebay and things like that and you usually have them in no time. Hell, they might even have a page for this business on Facebook.

Seems you're scammed and this site is totally as scam from the first, from the links reference posted above. You can't do anything here to bring back your coins but to spread the awareness of this scam website.
