Like for example, i would want to make a new Jaxx wallet, but not go through the process of downloading it, installing and then receiving deposit address, but just send an API call, and receive deposit address alongside with credentials needed to "restore" the wallet? Just post if you know any wallets that would do this, doesn't matter which coin. Thanks

The first that comes to mind is https://www.block.io/ They support LiteCoin/DogeCoin and Bitcoin. There may be others that have even wider digital currency support.
