You have 2 unconfirmed inputs from 12MCG5yBpGxTqwedzYpuFnL88cB5QhpzDt (https://blockchain.info/address/12MCG5yBpGxTqwedzYpuFnL88cB5QhpzDt). At 1 satoshi/byte they will probably never confirm.

After your wallet stops broadcasting the transaction, the network will drop it eventually. Which wallet do you use?

That's the way it is right now for Bitcoins payment if you lessen your transaction fees in sending it. I experience 8 days of unconfirm transaction last 2 weeks though.

I am surely that this will help you regarding with your concern using ViaBTC tool or simply go to this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1960249.0.

I hope I solve your problem.

It is having 3 unconfirmed outputs actually, take another look before replying. As I see the receiving address is from poloniex and the sender it seems to be a gambling website. I won't gamble my money on this fact  ;D ;D ;D

It willcost you some money to mine all that  back transactions.

It would appear the parent transactions are slowly confirming... there is currently only 1 unconfirmed parent now.

I have tried pushing this using AntPool... hopefully that will confirm and then we can try pushing your actual transaction ;)

Sometimes if Bitcoin transaction is staying unconfirmed for a long time, normally need to pay something to push it as long as I know. Otherwise, cancel the unconfirmed transaction.
To get your transactions, confirm faster, try always paying a higher fee than the usual amount that your wallet client suggests, that places your transaction into higher priority.

3 days and still not confirmed. Take a look at some this output:

This is why your transaction will be not confirmed.

People above keep pushing your transaction but still, it's not confirmed yet since there is an unconfirmed input on your transaction and it will not confirm as long the unconfirmed input is not confirmed too.

I tried to accelerate your transaction but some explorer except blockchain, info didn't found your transaction.  :-\

This becomes a serious problem for all dev. An increasingly expensive and slow transaction makes us have to be vigilant for transactions with bitcoin. I suggest to use a more expensive cost if we transfer more than 0.25 btc don't use small fees.

40253 minutes = 670.883333333 hours = 27.9534722222 days... That is pretty much 28 days or 4 weeks to get that transaction through. :-\

Looks like the mempool dropping down to under 5K unconfirmed transactions helped get this through... The miners just took what they could get! :P

Hopefully this will serve as a lesson to all, make sure you use appropriate fees... and use a decent wallet that doesn't do stupid things like use unconfirmed outputs that use retardedly low fees! ::)
