I made an ether withdrawal from liqui.io and got back an invalid transaction ID. I opened a support ticket and they said "We will check". That was over 48 hours ago. Haven't heard anything since. I know others that are experiencing the same thing.

TX ID is: 0x194d713814805f618055f361a7a592e8278f6e79e189475be8bff8acc99e8048  (does not exist in etherscan)

Interesting, I never thought there was much to trust there, but I would imagine that they would not bother with a TX ID if it was outright stealing, just ask for verification of one tpye or another over and over or ignore the request and claim this and that is slowing the site down.  Maybe they have somehow forked themselves into nothing and have there own little chain over there and don't know it, probably not.  Check your address on the explorer and see what that says.

I m having the same problem with Liqui.  I tried to transfer some some OAX from Liqui to Binance.  Liqui site says the transfer was complete, they gave me a TXID, but the TXID cannot be found anywhere on the blockchain.  I have sent 2 tickets with screenshots, tweeted them and sent an email to their "Business inquiries hi@liqui.io" email address but no response or coins after 24hours........   I hope i havent been scammed by Liqui..... Im finding others having the same problem...

Liqui.io Support: Withdraw request #218892 not showing TXID in the Blockchain, Amount: 2.11 BTC. I'm worried it's usually instant. I also send Ticket using your support with FreshDesk

It's been 8 Hours I'm waiting now....

It's been 12 Hours now, and it's almost noon for Liqui.io team in Europe.
There is no excuse for not giving a sign of life by email :(

Is Liqui.io a Scam ? Or on the verge of becoming a new big scam in the Cryptoworld?

On one hand, Liqui's guaranteed API for their lending programme was always too good to be true (how can you ever guarantee anything beyond 1% a year anyway? Even the biggest banks will do this only for their biggest clients). So this always felt like a risky venture.

On the other hand,,, all of you posting here are Newbie accounts with only a couple posting proof.

I finally have TXID in the Blockchain, but it's been 18 Hours now and:

- Nobody answer my ticket and follow-up (and I use their online support system like a good boy: https://liqui.freshdesk.com/support/)
- They use LockTime and Cheapest Fee meaning my Transaction is in the Limbo and will take forever.

So far 0 Confirmation:

Since I start complain about them I will confirm all is OK when it's 100% confirmed.

But this is really not serious, I'm out of Liqui.io Exchange... except if they answer me with some sort of explanation and apologize and confirm it won't happen again.

I traded a few times in Liqui previously and didn't have problems. Have your issue been resolved? Will avoid Liqui if there are problems with this exchange.

And they never took the time to even answer the ticket... It's so frustrating.

I'm out of Liqui.io Exchange... Except if they answer me with some kind of explanation and make an apologize (but most importantly confirm it won't happen again).

I have one similar experience with my withdrawing ETH from Liqui to my eth wallet, I have tried every method to contact them but no response at all, finally, I gave up and swear never using Liqui any more.  :-\ :-\

Ok, I finally got my money after 1 Days and 18 Hours.
Absolutely no answer, explanation or apologize from Liqui.io Team

The team running this exchange is a ghost...

They just lost me as customer, now my business will got to HitBTC.

Wait a few more time,if still no answer, you'd better go to other exchange like bittrex instead.

Quick Note: They answered my support ticket created the 25th August the 7th September... It basically took them 13 Days to answer a simple support ticket.
No explanation, no apologize, they just answer that problem is sorted and close the ticket. Since this date I never dealt with this exchange (and most likely never will again).

Made an account to post my results.

Basically had the same issue. Withdrew, confirmed it in my email, the tx id shows up on my "withdrawals" tab under the balances in liqui. Didn't receive my memecoins from liqui for a while so went to check tx id and it doesn't exist. Decided to click the confirmation email again and the tx id appeared as existing again when checking in etherscan. Waited about 20 mins and then when I came back to check it was gone again. Clicked my confirmation link a third time, tx id appeared again, and after 2 mins it all went through and I got my magic internet money to appear in myetherwallet.

I'm not too clued up on this stuff, I'm not sure how the same tx id can be created 3 times in a row or even that is what was happening. But that's what happened to me. Anyone who knows the tech better than I can maybe shed some light on it all.

Horrible I never again with liqui, I prefer a more secure exchange.
I still believe hitBTC and other exchangers that provide better witdhraw services.

almost same thing here, withdrew my BTC more than a day ago but it is still prcocessing even without a tx id as of now. I have sent bunch of tickets to support , written to their trollbox bunch of times, written to reddit, sent email to their hi@liqui.io address and finally writing here and I havent gotten any answer for the last 30 hours. Did any of you get your money back or am I scammed?

What would the reason anybody will still prefer to deal with these marginal exchanges? Is it because some altcoin which is not listed on the major exchanges trades frequently here. Frankly, even then, the risk is not worth it.

Trying to bump this thread and letting others to join in and post their issues, hope this will get attention of liqui.io and others as well may know the situation.

Hello Liqui.io Admin and staff, I have a pending BTC withdrawal which is still under "processing" since October 9th!!! Pls sort out this ticket #14882

I would really not use them until further notice, after they sort out all this.

I actually haven't seen anybody's ticket being resolved ever since August.

I'm really not sure what is going on with Liqui. Personally i have used it to sell some EOS and everything went well, but as soon as something doesn't go as planned, their support just completely disappears and the only way you're going to get your money back is through support.

Oh my... I have a BTC withdrawal from Liqui and it’s pending for 3days now.... *sigh*

well i read this post,
it is important and important that they know such things
because nowadays there are so many fraudsters that are hard to avoid and you will not know whether this is a fraudster or not
it's better to think twice than to get rid of something unlikely
I thank you for giving you something that someone else avoids
hopefully and post a trustworthy site that is legit and totally replaced with trustworthy

I've been waiting for 24 hrs now and already in a state of shock  :o :o

if you face any problem with Liqui like withdrawal and deposit, send a support ticket because it might take nearly 72 hours to get the reply from them but surely they will solve your issue. Previously I faced the same situation and my problems after 72 hours, they send the transaction without further problem to it.

I'm waiting 16 days for 9000 BMC tokens.
I opened few tickets, and i'm waiting a lot more then 72 hours.
They answered only 2 times and they are giving me a dumb guide how to press the "Report button", and I clearly told them that I did pressed it. 2 weeks ago.
The have a shitty service and I hope that my money is not lost.

I withdrew 800 PRO from Liqui yesterday, and it arrived in my MetaMask wallet in a few minutes.

Despite this, you should still withdraw everything from Liqui. They have been getting less 24 hr volume traffic and could pull an exit scam any time

One side u say u recd ur tokens in few mins and then u say they might do exit scam..?

I've been trying to withdraw ZRX for about 6 months now...ZRX withdrawals have been disabled the whole time.  Finally sent in a support ticket 6 days ago and crickets...
