Does anyone use CEX.io? I made a withdrawal 2 days ago 6/21 00:19GMT to myetherwallet (using ledger nano s) and I don't even see the transaction on etherscan.... If they are aware of this situation than I think they will send your ETH after they solve their issue or when ETH network get healthy again.
