Title: How to install BIP-148
Post by: ImStillRollin on June 23, 2017, 06:59:15 AM
Can someone please provide a howto for UASF/BIP-148?

I see where the code is, but that doesn't come with any instructions.

Currently running a core node on Debian unstable.

Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you want, but when you'll read the page you should know.
I've found this a couple of days ago: http://www.uasf.co/#how-can-we-show-support-for-bip148
There are presented the ways to signal Bip148 for "linux" and windows.

You could start signaling it if you're running a full node or mine to a pool that supports it if you mine. Kinda pointless to do at the moment in my opinion through provided that the overwhelming majority of miners are actively vetoing over another alternative.
