Why Estonia?
Estonia is a great place to start new companies, with 100% remote government services, progressive laws and unique tax system. Estonia is the first country to offer e-Residency, a government-issued digital ID available to anyone in the world. It is a legally binding signature that allows to register an EU based company entirely online. Technically it is a pair of RSA keys linked with your identity.

Estonia is the first country in the EU to implement the European 4th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (4AMLD). Estonia estimates 10,000,000 e-Residents by 2025. Mothership is proud to be working with the Estonian government’s e-Residency team to help build the future.

Arseniy Zarechnev, co-founder and CEO
Prior to founding Mothership, Arseny co-founded Sabaka, a DevOps, mobile and web consultancy. He is a full stack developer, entrepreneur and solution architect and has worked at leading technology companies including Atlassian, Enki, and Ostrovok. He is a digital nomad, Estonian e-Resident and remote advocate. Arseny studied Business Administration at the Russian University of Economics.

Anton Egorov, co-founder and CTO
Prior to founding Mothership, Anton co-founded Sabaka as CTO with Arseny. He is a software engineer, systems architect and team lead with over 10 years of experience at leading technology companies including Ostrovok, where he was a highly available systems engineer. Anton has a degree in Nuclear Power Engineering from Obninsk State Technical University.

Crowdsale
MSP will be built on the Ethereum platform as an ERC20 token. There will be a total supply of 200,000,000 MSP.

MSP serves as a core part of Mothership, and is required for:
-  Access to Premium and Platinum account tiers
-  The Mothership app platform layer
-  Community curation and insight rewards
-  Access to Mothership beta products
-  Mothership reputation management


In addition, Mothership will repurchase MSP on the free market using 20% of fees from Mothership products. The repurchased MSP will be permanently destroyed. 


The crowdsale starts on 7th July and ends either on 28st July or when all tokens are sold.
Each MSP token will be priced at $0.04 in ETH on the start date of the crowdfund.
The crowdfunding will run on Ethereum Smart Contract, accepting ETH payments in exchange for MSP tokens. Tokens that remain unsold by the end of the crowdfund will be permanently destroyed.

The token will be distributed as follows:
70% of MSP tokens will be available for purchase in this fundraising round.

20% of MSP tokens are reserved for purchase by our Strategic Investors.

5% of MSP tokens will be earned through the Mothership Referral Program in this fundraising round.

5% of MSP tokens will be reserved for the team and advisors.

Participants of the crowdfund will instantly gain access to their MSP, but the tokens will become moveable 24 hours after the crowdfund ends.

At least 50,000,000 MSP must be sold for the fundraising to be considered a success. If less are sold, all buyers will be refunded.

The Referral Program
Mothership is launching a referral program for this crowdsale. Each participant will be provided with a unique referral URL.
-  A referrer will receive an additional amount of tokens equal to 5% of the tokens bought by all of their referred buyers.
-  This additional 5% is taken from the reserved 5% referral fund.

For example:
-  You and a friend both purchase 100 MSP, but your friend signs up using your referral link.
-  You will receive: 105 MSP.
-  Your friend will receive: 100 MSP.
-  When Mothership launches, these referral URLs will be converted to exchange referrals where you will receive 5% of your referred users trading fees. When users you referred during the crowdsale sign up for Mothership, you will receive referral rewards for them too.

We are offering quite a lot of unique features, both for those who are eResidents and who are not. Regarding income, Mothership commits to repurchase MSP on the free market using 20% of fees earned from Mothership products. The repurchased MSP will be permanently destroyed. Yeah, you're missing the fact that we're real people with confirmed track record in IT, that we have great people as our team/advisors and we're partnering with the Estonian e-Residence team and incorporating in the EU. I see ICO as a wonderful opportunity to launch a company that will build something great and I have no interest in running away with someone else's money and thrashing my name/career. I'll be glad to answer any questions regarding our legitimacy if you have doubts (which I understand completely).

They are helping us with a lot of things - marketing, positioning, connections, legal help and general advice. Discounts were awarded dependent on the contribution, financial, strategic and operational, as payment for the contribution from these individuals. The discount decisions were made on a case by case basis, using some standard guidelines, as per any strategic investment and the choices made for investors, board directors and advisors. We are focused on the long term value and the contribution of those individuals is dedicated to growing and supporting our offering for the best interest of entire user community.

I'm curious as to if the team has a response to this.  I mean this site / guy looks a bit sketchy so there is most likely something here being missed ... but still.

Devs nor anyone else didn't respond to this btc.ee case...and same time price is skyrocketing. Is the conversation about this coin somewhere else?

My case would be:
1) e-residency
2) set up company to Estonia and get bank account
3) trade my bitcoins to company b/a as EUR via mothership
4) invest and do stuff at Tallinn

Anyone any idea how much the tax would be for the sold bitcoins profits in Estonia if it's done officially via mothership as part of those footsteps I described.? Tax-free? :O
