You aren't conducting yourself in a safe manor by handing out your email address and wanting to do business in that way. There are trust/activity tools on the forum that make it fairly easy to find these scammers. Unfortunately your bitcoin are no longer yours and there is no way to stop a payment after you've sent it. The price of the satoshi silver has had a slight decrease in its asking price.
