Title: Poloniex Account Hacked - Support Ticket 10 Days With no Response Post by: lxpeery on June 24, 2017, 06:28:10 PM My Poloniex support ticket is 10 days old. I have no access to my account or my BTC. What are my options beyond continuing to wait?

Do you know how the account access was compromised, like was your email password changed too? Can you find a phone number for them or know where their business was incorporated? It is probably too late if the coins have moved away.
Title: Re: Poloniex Account Hacked - Support Ticket 10 Days With no Response Post by: Marma Kalari on June 24, 2017, 09:17:42 PM Even if you lose you account and assuming that you did not activate 2 FA,which is highly recommended if you are dealing with serious amount of money ,for you to send your coins you need to verify your mail account and without that the hacker could not steal your money or coins in your account,just wait for their response or start another ticket using your mail ID you registered your account.
