I really don't need a wallet or anywhere to store.  A piece of paper at the most is good enough for me, but whatever.  I'm working on a ton of stuff (writing, research, and development), and I just need to get a coin dump with a QR Code.

Do I need a series of wallets?  I'm into keeping the spooks out and down, so there's no anything they can do to bankrupt all of my coins. 

Does each wallet come with a QR Code?  What kind of wallets are the best and hardest to pick pocket so to speak?  I do a ton of freedom shith, and that's a must.

All wallet are safe when you register to a legit website or company that is securing it. It is just the settings of your account security that you will be complying or do you want to be enabled. QR code needs camera and all of the bitcoin address has a equivalent QR code.

So all of the wallets are equipped with an address?  And they'll automatically generate a QR Code? 

You can generate an address wherever and generate a QR code for it, and place it wherever you want. You don't need a specific client for that, just create an address anywhere and convert it to a QR wherever you want.

Most wallets will give you a QR for an address if requested.

There are no wallets easier or more difficult to "pickpocket". This just depends on how much security you employ.

Yes it is, all of the wallets have a bitcoin address so you are able to send balances from your address to someones bitcoin wallet and also you will be having a receiving bitcoin address that can recieve balances from other wallets.

You can see in almost all of the wallet the logo of the QR code, try it with yourself for you to see.

Well, what's the worse case scenario?  I mean if my wallet gets hacked on my computer, phone etc, or the exchange or whatever gets hacked, or I lose it, or it breaks, or whatever, then I'm broke.  That's never going to happen to me, so several wallets is necessary IMO.  Or several keys is necessary.  I need some training on this subject.

I'm not sure though if I need multiple offline wallets which are hardware wallets, or what is the bare minimum I need to diversify locations to my coinage?  For instance can't I just generate a series of keys, put them on paper, and store or bank them that way?  No EMP or Solar Flares or idiot government f-ups with HAARP or the Wireless Towers can mess that up. 

So basically the wallets store the keys for each kind of coin, right?  What if I want a series of keys made for the same kind of coin, so for example I have a bunch of an altcoin, but I don't want it all tied to one source, so how do I partition the key, so that I have a series of keys?  Diversify.

Well, it really matters on what you want out of this wallet. If you want something that has a mix of good security and good usability, I'd be going with something along the lines of BitGo which has seemed to work with me fine without any sort of issue. So, that's a pretty solid one to be using.

If you want something where no one else has access to the keys, you should be making a paper wallet on a non internet machine to be able to make something very secure. This is your best option if you need a coin dumb but it's not going to be able to be accessed unless you put the private key into somewhere.

If you search any address in https://blockchain.info for information, there will be a big QR Code on the right side there you can use.

you should know that a QR code is simply a different representation of the same thing! it is not specific to bitcoin, it is simply a code that turns a string into a set of black and white squares in a big square. it can be "hello world" or it can be your base58 bitcoin address "1Address...." or your private key "KprivateKey..." or anything else.
for that you can use a wallet that has the QR library included (some wallets may need you to install additional libraries) or simply use an online tool. most block explorers give you a QR code or you can google "make a QR code online" and then use one of the results to generate the QR picture and use that.
