Title: BitCoin Price on Coinbase vs Elsewhere Post by: AlexBessonov on June 25, 2017, 06:58:51 AM Has anyone noticed that Bitcoin prices on Coinbase are .8% higher than elsewhere? Is this normal, or something that the community should look out for? (I realize that buying from a provider obviously means a markup, but is it this high in other places?)

CoinBase: $2577 Preev: $2566 CoinDesk: $2634 Poloniex: $2528 Bittrex: $2520 Its like that, different sites have their 'own' market, if one person decided to buy all the bitcoins and bring the price up to $3000 on one site, it is possible. You can be a medium of all these sites and make small profits, but bare in mind the fees too. :) |
