Title: My Ethereum Mining Experiment
Post by: Boat4Sale on June 25, 2017, 08:51:49 AM
Hello guys,

I wanted to post about my experience mining Ethereum with a bunch of Tesla K80's.

In total I am mining with 23 GPU's.

My total hashrate right now is 340Mh/s which is averaging about 15Mh/s per GPU.

Here is the benchmark info for a single card:
min/mean/max: 4631210/12582911/14592682 H/s
inner mean: 9699327 H/s

I also did a benchmark on my nVidia GeForce GTX 970 that I use for gaming:
min/mean/max: 18169260/18182994/18206587 H/s
inner mean: 18179708 H/s

I was fairly surprised by this result! I was expecting the $5,000 card to blow my GTX out of the water!

Does anyone know if it would be more profitable to mine a different alt with these cards?

a tesla k80 is a cad-graficcard

you will never get any results near to a normal card, cause it has a complete different case of use
