thousands of users gets their accounts locked, withdrawals frozen, and sudden lose of funds sceptic people only have to take a look at their tweets comments: https://twitter.com/Poloniex/status/872320594259456000 it get flooded non-stop by people getting their funds locked/stolen with no answer from support for weeks and even months Why do they lock your money ? They surely have no time to explain why, nor have the time to help you. Even highest tier verified accounts with 2FA get locked/frozen I used it for a few months without problem, knowing a lot of other people were getting overly fucked by them. I stupidly hopped it wouldn't happen to me but after a 3k$ LTC deposit and an order for ARDR, my account got locked. No explanation, no mail received. I just can't login, and will get a message asking to contact support One mate of me also have a 4000$ deposit not showing up since more than 3 weeks. Of course the support didn't answer for the moment ... "thanks for your patience" no, fuck you poloniex |
