What is they justification for charging for incoming fees ???

Makes no sense at all in my opinion.

No workaround for the fee ???

Probably will be an excuse for sellers charge even more.

Invoming fee?
Wow. That is new. I only see charges with withdrawal transaction.
The fee from electrum is fair for a faster transaction but from the localbitcoins it isn't fair. Then, they will charge again for the withdrawal? That seems to be too much for my side.
Haven't dealt with that website so I dont know yet. Can you link the tx id that have been made?

That really sucks mate, I don't know for how long these people are going to continue abusing us the users by charging absurdly high fees?

Currently regular fee in blockchain.info is around 35sats/B and priority is 345sats/B I was just really surprised to send a transaction with 40sats/B

And receive a confirmation within 20 minutes, that shows some improvements from blockchain team and their miners which they running their

Full nodes. every merchant/payment processor and services like exchanges should allow the users to manually set their fees and whatever happened

It will be on users themselves, I'd stop using any service if they charge such high fees.

they implemented this new "incoming fee" a couple of weeks ago, as a way to lower outgoing fees when btc fees were very high. not sure what's the point now that fees are low again.

I use localbitcoin and I also saw that. I wasn't bothered honestly. They give very good service and I don't mind paying a fee. I get s ery good exchange rate as well. I'm not complaining. You want good service you pay for it. That's just how it is. Besides it's not that much and they is those bitcoins to maintain the site and pay for withdraws. The bitcoins go somewhere I promise. It's not just some made up excuse to extort extra bitcoins from people.

The solution to this problem... bypass these shitty services that are charging extra high fees and trade directly between people. I go to Bitcoin

meetups and I build trust relationships with people there... I then trade small quantities {person-2-person} with other people. Satoshi did not

want us to use Bitcoin through 3rd party services. { A peer-to-peer electronic cash system }  ;)

You can try Ebay. I see there are a lot of sellers there taking advantage from the price of bitcoin and going as up as selling 0.001 bitcoin for 19.99 dollars. Of course that makes no sense and no smart buyer will ever buy that but there are also reasonable sellers selling at 4.5 dollars this amount. Considering the fees of Ebay and Paypal this makes more sense.

paxful is good: see my profile for free btc on signup. Their also based out of the U.S so it's good for legit U.S customers who know of a physical location to report in case of fraud, etc.
