I think it would be better to pay automatically after every claim, or set low payout treshold as other faucets do.

First of all, ePay has been confirmed a scam site few weeks ago why still want to show that as an option to withdraw? Secondly, why can't we make a withdrawal since it already mentioned that "Your earnings goes directly to your ePay\Faucethub account."?
