I'm the Chief Technology Officer of a small (20 people) web development firm. He said he needs help completing the template. Happy to help for a cut of something with potential. Have no problem trading contact information and signing anything prior to receipt of any deposit. That being said. I won't work without deposit or a payment in an escrow. Even after signing something. I need reassurance as well. If it is a company where shareholders/directors exist and can be verified and an office that can be visited I think it means you will be not be on any scam list. Both parties need reassurances so a partial payment escrow or small deposit in advance with milestones seems a good way to go forward |
