Title: VegasCasino.io (mBetSolutions N.V.) is A SCAM - Coingaming.io
Post by: GXHPP on June 26, 2017, 02:54:59 PM
First of all, This scam accusation is for events that happened during February and March 2017, I realize the delay, but I was trying to communicate with VegasCasino.io and the operators in general, To solve the complaint, but to no avail.

What happened::

This happened in around 4 months ago at 14/02 (Valentine Day), VegasCasino.io offered the following promotion

Code:
https://vegascasino.io/promotions/valentine-raffle

Quote
St. Valentine’s Day is almost here! Join our special Raffle and win a share of 3,000 mBTC!

All you have to do is find and click hearts here on VegasCasino.io website.

1. Click every love heart ❤ you find on VegasCasino.io and receive one free raffle ticket for each heart.

2. There are 5 hearts to be found and clicked in total through 23:59 GMT February 14th.

3. We will automatically award you 1 free raffle ticket for each heart you click.

4. Visit the Valentine’s Raffle page to see the tickets you've been credited with.

This promotion was being advertised throughout the forum and I joined like everyone else, found five hearts AND did not expect much, considering how these online raffles are conducted generally, Although having a provability fairness system seemed better,

Anyway,

Against all the regular odds, I won the top place (5 entries from 1784 total entries)

After few hours when I've seen the draw result, The first 3 letters were identical to my account, I logged in and seen a 500 mBTC balance, which is the 1st place reward, Placed a withdrawal request to my address and kept the page open - I was excited of course-

Few minutes later, The withdrawal request was cancelled and I was banned, I did not even know because there is no regular ban message, The only thing I got was this screen when I enter my username and password:

Code:
http://imgur.com/a/nnD4j

When I tried resetting the password:

Code:
http://imgur.com/a/jU7Fz
http://imgur.com/a/E06lq

I immediately contacted them through live chat, asking about what happened, and getting hanged on without a single word was the only reply I received, no explanation or messages whatsoever,

I emailed them through the support email, There are multiple live chats session that I didn't record at the time.

My emails and replies, They refused to reply at all to my last question (despite me staying polite regardless of how hard that was)

In short, Banning the winning user with 1/7 of the total reward, not doing any redraw and announcing everyone was credited and received the reward which is a LIE, refusing to provide any details, proof or evidence for cheating and "hanging up" on the user throughout chat, refusing to reply to emails.

is VegasCasino.io and Coingaming (mBetSolutions N.V.) Connected?

Yes,

* Operating through the same script

* Having the same employees at live chat and the same live chat between both?

Video of the same chat session being open in all 3 sites
https://youtu.be/m9urXInb4PY

* Recommending VC.io for US players

* An Old plunder, posting from the wrong account.. They claimed to be using the same company for promotion? AND chat? and having the Same chat session open in ALL 3 sites? (Talk about awful security if it's a "coincidence")

The post was posted through bitcasino account and quickly deleted, but was quoted by another user here:

Probably doing that to make a US Vegascasino without breaking US regulations with their parent company

Just fixed the pictures, unreadable with code tags and links to landing pages instead of direct pictures. May or may not leave a rating once I read the post

--snipe--
It is a scam casino,as proved in the past.Part of the same agency that controls bitcasino.io,sportsbet.io.Check the ratings of both of them, they're tagged by the DT members (atleast sportsbet.io).
User game-protect should help you find relevant evidences of the agency/casino scamming huge amounts.
