I lately started with Kraken. Do you face often deposit delays with Kraken?. They say for XBT "Six confirmations are required before the funds are available for trading."

My first "small" deposits went in pretty fast but now when I deposit bit "more" it just hanged. There are lot confirmations on blockchain but Kraken just says waiting for confirmations.

My first impression with Kraken was promising but if deposit often gets in the hold, then this is not place to carry out exchanges.

It is usual to have some delays on getting your deposits in exchange platform these days, I am also experiencing this with poloniex. What sucks more is delay in withdrawal at the time of big price dump and pump. We need decentralized trading platform to get all this issues sorted out so that we can trade our bitcoins without any worry.

You can take a look at your kraken deposit history if is fixed already and update us here if what happens since exchanges require more numbers of confirmation before it appear on thier site or in your deposit history but if it the issue is still the same then only kraken can help out there, so you must contact them using their support email/page
then tell them what happens.
