Title: Deposit not reflected in Coinsecure account Post by: erikalui on June 26, 2017, 05:58:50 PM I deposited some some funds 3 hours ago and the transaction received 23 confirmations already. Still the bitcoins are not reflected in my account. Did this happen to anyone else? I received the notification that the coins have been received in my account via email but it's not in my wallet now.

The first time I gave my wallet address to someone and I received some bitcoin it was only displaying in my storage wallet as I had given that, it was not displaying on the index page. After transferring that to trading wallet, it displayed. Hope it helps. This may be you are facing some technical problem with the site , so i think you should contact the support because they can only solve the problem as you have the confirmation of the transaction and even you received the bitcoin payment confirmation through email also. Probably there may be some issue particular with this transaction else it should be reflecting it. Did you contacted their support and asked them what caused this issue and by when it would be credited. Also, let us know if this is resolved yet or not?
