How would I feel if I sent $10 to some random guy over the internet for a PayPal account that had SSNs on it and credit card information? I'd feel like a dumbass for even wanting to buy such a PayPal. The fact is, this forum allows people to buy and sell highly illegal accounts and information yet people like you get butthurt about me scamming $10 from someone that was most likely going to use the PayPal to scam someone via eBay for lots of money. 99/100 times people only want to buy PayPals that are aged with history to bypass eBays 21 day hold to scam PayPal and eBay customers.

why in the world are you trying to buy a paypal account in the first place?  i would actually assume you also have the plan to scam some people online using that paypal account. there are lots of users who bought paypal account and scammed thousands of USD by filing a dispute through these bought accounts.
