All you have to do is send me your telegram username and i will add you to the telegram group. Users are free to post their new posts on steemit to the group and exchange upvotes! If you have a lot of steem power, it will be also possible to sell your upvote if the poster wants to pay for it. Based on the system of steemit, the upvote exchange can have nothing but positive effects, that can even lead to specific posts coming to the trending feed. It will gain initial traffic. Im in contact with reddit upvoters, who have their services and systems working for reddit and im confident we can create a similar synergy-effect all together on steemit.
