Hey guys,

im new to trading - so i wanted to discuss my favourite cryptos with you :

No. 1 : Steem coin - Content creator - i think the value MAY rise very high !
No. 2 : Antshares - Chinas Ethereum - i see good potential - bought it yesterday at 4.50 USD each.
No 3. : Siacoin : yeahh.. low risk i think
No 4.: Digibyte - Long term Project
No 5. Waves or Ark? I cant decide ?

Sooo. what u guys think ?

SIA and ARK are strong.

Quite good list, i might invest in some you mentioned. I would choose both, Waves and Ark, and possibly add Lisk and Iconomi to that list. Steem also seems good, but i don't really know how it works, have you seen the articles get paid some crazy amounts, like $600 per some basic article :O

Lisk is on my list too.
But why is everyone so hyped for ARK ???

Waves, Ark and even Iconomi should be considered as the top coins with recent pump and maybe major development from these coins will make these projects more developed or at least they will survive in the market.

Don't miss out on QRL. They are still developing, mainnet will follow in september.
It's a safe hedge for everyone with a larger stack of crypto. Quantum computing could become a big problem in the nearby future. QRL has a fair, solid and dedicated team.

Great dev team, great roadmap, great community.

Ark is a fork of Lisk too.

In my opinion you have chosen steem, Antshares, and siacoin wisely. Digibyte might be in a bubble. It is falling rapidly. And invest in both of waves and Ark. Do not lose them.  Both of them have good potential.

What do you think about Stratis, Golem, Synereo AMP, MaidSafeCoin?

The number 1 is a good choice and why I think it gives real value. I have an account on the platform, and I started to use it for advertising my crypto blog and the user base is growing fast.

The number 2 is a good choice, lately, so many discussion of this hot app-token called the "China Ethereum". I monitor the price closely and intent to buy if I see the price rising.

The rest of the list I am not familiar with.

sia is walking good with strong steps. soon they will go to moon i think. and probably it is last chance for buying siacoin cheap.

Good list altough I would prefer LBRY over Waves and Ark on a longer strategy. It's still in development but it has a huge community behind the project. The concept is good as well.

I'm heavily invested in Ark because I fell for the shill hype, but where is this great dev team? The main guy was fired from Lisk after 2.5 months and after him there's pretty much no one else. Feels like a scam more and more. They don't even have a product yet but they're selling merchandise on their site?

All of them interesting...

I'm also keeping an eye on Strata and DDF to diversify a) across multiple ICOs and b) to other asset classes like startups. 

SIA and maidsafe are similar coins both good on its own way i think .. stratis , gnosis , stellar lumens also god . big mistake was i bought eth because it always had big dumping .. also i recommend take a look at zcash , gamecredits , dcorp and monero as well , they may still had lower interest in market right now but it will bounce soon

DGB  has gone to less than half of what I bought it for, so I guess I'm also stuck with it for quite long now.
I also think it has potential but the way it has been moving lately, maybe a long long time and patience is required now to earn some significant profit.

Sia is good storage features is unique enough, digobyte was pump and dump but is the best coin for gamers I would invest more in case of another 2x pump and wave and ark are just shitty ico stay away unless you got early in

Siacoin is a good choice I really see the good potential of this coin even though there's no noise around. It's like a silent worker but it will give you good profit. Other choices of yours are good, but with waves or ark? It's better to go for waves.

While these coins are popular, I think there is one that is incredibly under-priced right now. Myriadcoin has the best set of wallets after Bitcoin and Litecoin. This could actually make Myriadcoin useful for day to day transactions rather than just speculation.

WALLET MANAGEMENT OF KEYS IS A VERY IMPORTANT BUT UNDERVALUED ASPECT OF AN ALTCOIN

For instance, I had a few Ethereum stored in a private key/address pair that I generated. I decided to sell all of them recently due to the hyperbubble in that community. I quickly discovered that there was no light weight wallet that I could download to move and sell them. In this case, I finally used an online wallet and imported the key. As we all know, this was extremely risky, and I could have lost all of them.

KEY MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE DONE ON YOUR COMPUTER, NOT SOME RANDOM SERVER

i think sia waves are more stable coin and potensial. you can add another coin in your list. that is xvg coin from bittrex.

In addition to those septic tank waste coins, grab at least a medium sized barf bag, because you're going to be on the crypto roller coaster for as long as you hold those.  I wouldn't touch them if you had a glock to my head, but that's just me.  Big mistake?  Eh, you could get lucky.  Lots of people have, but you're likely to lose your money too.  Just don't be surprised when it happens, because lots of people have gotten the shit end of the stick as well.

If you mean top 5 of all time, then I would say all your picks suck big time.  Any recommendation from anyone that you hold those cryptocurrencies for the long term is either scamming you or has a hidden agenda.

In that list I would say Sia is the most decent project only because Fluffypony (XMR dev) thinks its lead dev is bright.  But that's about it.  Other than that, be careful, more downside volatility is gonna hit crypto soon.

I think you have a good choice there but there are many to consider. I also think BAT TOKEN might be good and JANUS TOKEN gives a nice dividends and also TAAS will give quarterly dividends. So if you are looking also for some passive income TAAS AND JANUS look good. INSANE COIN is good to get masternodes as well and build passive income and it's becoming a brand.

Nice list, for number five I choose waves. There are a lot opinion and speculation about your list but for me it's just a list, every one can make their decision. Too many crypto is not good, try to filter until you get 2 - 3 best coin you have. Buy that coin  with 60% from your money and get some profit. Don't forget using stop loss and good luck.

I am not giving up on wings. It has very good platform. SIA coin yes, and if Eth continue climbing down, ETC is my choice. Just bought some yesterday. And last, I am holding on to my XEM, he is just sleeping and lazy to wake up.

Yeah its pretty good at your top 5,but i will preffer more newer promising coins with good projects in replace of some old coins in your top 5,also waves is alot better than ark in my opinion

Why don't you include Ethereum? It is picking up the pace and getting closer to Bitcoin in terms of capitalization.

Just because they had a meeting with a big company it shouldnt mean their price should jump X300! I could set up a meeting with Coca-cola but it doesnt mean anything

It should have a marketcap of around $20m

other projects like Bitbay, Syscoin, are alot cheaper and a lot more further along with their whitepapers

buying Digi over $30m MK is ridiculous and you will be holding your bags for a long time

ARK has a great potential the ICO price was 0.01$  and it s now worth more than 0.6. They have a really dedicated hard working team and they are focused on community and the dev team is doing an outstanding job.

Antshares, digibyte and Waves is what I trust to be having a good future. I havent seen the details of Siacoin but its making a buzz lately and will have look. Steem is good but I dont think it will make a pump naturally in the future.

Wow, nice list, all altcoin in your list are have potential in future and real project! I will choose Waves is No.5 in your list because Waves have Technology platform Blockchain can compete against Blockchain Bitcoin and ETH in future

Buy Waves as nr.5, it's going to be one of key players in crypto. Don't know about antshares I think it's FOMO and a lot of people will get burnt. I like Siacoin from your list too...I had about 220000 when they were practicly for free, damn why have I sold  :)

Yes definitely,waves seems to be a better option of than Ark is,steem looks good option also. 2,3,4 I'm not very sure about that.
