Seems this prices are out of realistic as there are people selling such verification services for lesser than 50 cents too, this way OP's offer must be 5x bigger, too hard to be real one.

I am sure that yahoo and gmail will not bother about VOIP numbers unless otherwise same numbers were used for more number of times. But he is not preferring them, might it mean he may require verification services for some other purposes ?

Have you considered using a site like smspva.com ?

They cost 0.1$ per gmail verification, and provide russian numbers.

They work with services such as twitter aswell. I deposited 2$, and it worked pretty good for me.

You might want to take a look since it will only work for SMS, ( so no calls. ). The numbers are not VOIP.
