But for a new coin which doesn't even has its own coin available for purchase, transfer and being of any use on its network, the first question is whether it will still be relevant after 3 years. Also, track record does matter somehow. Btw, I do think it would be better for every competitive offering to grow together. The only way I see EOS surpassing Ether is if the Ethereum core devs mess up and delay Casper for too long, then EOS has a chance of catching up and overtaking. Since EOS has no legacy, they can move much faster than Ethereum, and that's the only thing I see of value right now.

The main question is - Will Ethereum overtake all dapps market before EOS relise or not. Hopefully not and there still be enough space for dapps. EOS promise millions transaction per second and free dapps build. It is BIG. I think it could take a place between ETC and ETH. It should surpass ETC but will not surpass ETH. |
