There are some ico's wherein USA residents were not allowed to join, USA feared of not controlling any organization and companies were too high, maybe their finding a way to control a decentralized system which seems difficult. Why not just accepts btc and help their people experience the benefit crypto can offer.

It just in USA and not all over the world, bitcoin and bitcoin earners cannot be stop because USA doesn't have the control of the bitcoin, may be they just can put some regulations on it.
