To my knowledge they follow similar rules to eBay; there is no charge if you are a buyer (the price you see is the price you pay), however if you are a seller you incur a ~6% charge on every sale. In addition, if you want to sell your wares on Silk Road, there is a fee to open a seller account. I do not know exactly what this is - $200 in BTC I believe I read once - but the Silk Road forums may be able to give you more information: (Tor Address: http://[Link Removed].onion)

As I am not a user myself, I do not know. The Silk Road forums would be your best bet to get these questions answered. Download Tor, fire it up and navigate to the URI listed in my previous post. Alternatively, you can use Web->Tor gateway www.onion.to (if its up) to proxy your connection.

"If you can't innovate, you just imitate."

Depending on the value of Bitcoin it's approx. 400ish € for a seller's account.
Anyway, as mentioned above as a buyer you don't pay fees, well, except the seller charges extra for postage etc., but I wouldn't consider this as fees.
As a vendor you don't have to pay fees, as long as you set up your account correctly, but on the other hand the clients would have to pay them, it's the so called "pre-commission".
