Hello,

I would like to know if Dogecoin price will be boosted or will stay calm in its regular price?

I know that in the past Doge had a very big annual inflation, if they didn't change that, than it still has a way too big inflation, so if the adoption of the coin doesn't rise to the level of the inflation, then it is impossible for it to gain more value, on the contrary.

Doge is a great coin, I use it to send tips, super fast and almost no fee. I hold just a few to have enough for tips.

Three years ago before I joined this forum I knew only of Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin.  So you coudl say Dogecoin was third most popular coin.
Now three years latter there is way more competition and three years from now will be even more. Dogecoin is now still among most popular coins and I believe it will stay among top50 in three years to come. Three years to come crypto will be so big that being in top50 will mean a lot.

hard to predict but keep in mind that doge supply is infinite if they didn't change that with last update, so it's impossible for doge to grow anymore, at best some pump and dump to 200 satoshi, you can't wish more than that sorry

doge already survive when the price only 30 satoshi below although most people says doge will be dead because the price was stuck at that range but the current price proven that this coin still had potential to grow however next 3 years will be so hard for doge because in the future maybe there will be so many altcoins as the rivalry of doge but holding this coin untill next 1 or 2 years still good i guess

When Dogecoin was introduced it was humiliated by many. People referred it to be poors' cryptocurrency. But as time passing and BTC fees and confirmation time going out of everyone's reach, Dogecoin has gained repo. Even I personally love sending doges, as fees is hardly between 1-2 units and transaction get confirmed within minutes. So if BTC and other major cryptocurrencies keep facing scaling issue, believe me Dogecoin could worth 10x more in three years.

Why anyone care of it, it is joke coin. I don't care about it.

Dogecoin 3 years into the future is not feasible when viewed from the progress of the years gone by.
Just a little improvement does not mean that in the next 3 years will be able to compete with the number of coins that keep popping up.

This is a good currency, but it has certain problems that it should be solved if it wants to continue developing. I do not see these problems being solved, so I do not think it stay calm.

Not many people see it as a good investment, but it has good community and still it is one of the most recognizable cryptocurrency out there. The answer to your question nobody knows, it may be worth more/less; I couldn't imagine that it could hit this price at around at this time 0.002-0.003$. But as we all know it is hard to predict the markets, takes guts to put your money somewhere and hope that the price will go up in the future.

Also seems like devs are working on the next version which is good, to many people are skeptical about it because it doesn't have limited supply - but in fact it has infinity supply  same as fiat currency where countries print the money so infinite inflation.

DogeCoin is really an old coin and has a good community, I think it was started as a joke but the fact that is still alive and has a better price than years ago makes me think that people are investing in doge. But at the other side is bad to see that there isn't any progress in this coin except that the infrastructure is a good one which makes us to make fast transaction with low fee. The price of Doge is increasing slowly and i think within a short period of time we can see it at 70s satoshis.

It depends what team decide to do, who knows and this is very long period for easy predictions. If they survive, they will certainly make some major changes which will create more popularity because it is cheap coin and can be used for small transaction and i thing it should be focused on younger people who loves to drink a lot of coffee after crazy nights spent in clubs..
They have no chances in large business deals, nor anonymous transactions . Sooner they start profiling their customers they will achieve more.

Dogecoin has active community behind it.many websites and most of the apps used doge coins to give tips and I personally use Dogecoin to do interexchange transections.so when BTC transactions fee go higher day by day more and more users will engage with dogecoin and most of them will collect and hold some doge coins too that will reduce current supply and will boost price I think after 3 years dogecoin will be worth more than 500 sat

I don't see a reason why Doge is not one of top 5 coins. It's very innovative, funny and therapeutic coin to invest and own and it doesn't have any network problems. I think doge will prosper and help many investors in the future like it did in the past. HODL YOUR DOGE!

I also invest in dogecoin but still until today the price dont go up maybe the supply was a lot and it really taking its time to increase its price anyway maybe in 3years it will have a good price in the future but today i dont see any future in dogecoin.

We dont know what is the price of dogecoin after 3 years but I hope the price is high . I hope the price will be 5000 satoshi . But it depends on the demand of the market if the price of dogecoin will pump or not. Dogecoin have future but it will not increase very high. I hope this year 2017 the price of dogecoin will be 1000 satoshi. Because I have millions of dogecoin in my wallet. Dogecoin gives you high profit in the future.

like litecoin i like dogecoin a lot. they are a good way to move money between sites and that is at least part of the reason why the two had surged in price recently. regarding the high supply, we have seen it before and other coins have solved it by either adjusting the emission or having a burn mechanism of some sort to reduce supply. it can be done. first coin i have in mind is zeitcoin. it has gone up from 1 satoshi for so long to 3-5 satoshi last i checked.

Do you think that Doge coin will go atleast $10,000 in five years from now. Because Bitcoin must be in the price of $3,00,000 after 5 years if we look the current scenario.

But this can be changed, but needs some good ideas and innovations. Their big community can influence this.

I believe Doge would gain more from its stability, if becomes speculative PnD coin, then we cannot expect bright future. It is simple and it is problem of all coins.

Maybe just a little bit of price increase I don't really think that it would hit $1 per coin.

Some people were constantly arguing that Dogecoin will never break 30 satoshis some times ago. And now it is over 100 satoshis after reaching 140 satoshis. 200 satoshis seems believable in three years.

Dogecoin no technical highlights, I think if it is not a lot of fans, he will be forgotten by everyone. ::)

Maybe if some crazy whale decide to pump it to 10k then we can talk more about Doge. Till then this is just a piece of crypto history without an significance for serious traders or investors. 300 satoshi, is nothing and i know i won't enter for "such" small prize..

Nobody knows the answer for any coin in 3 years, even Bitcoin in 3 years we can't know. Doge can stay 20 sats or 200 sats, but what about Bitcoin? Maybe Doge stay 100 sats but Bitcoin will be $10.000, or Doge goes up 200 sats but Bitcoin will be $1.000. Nobody knows. But I think Doge will stay in the market these 3 years.

I think it will rise lot more than its current price. Its one of the oldest coins.

Doge has unlimited supply and in my honest opinion coins value is overrated.
As we can see price is slowly dropping, maybe there will be few more pumps to 150-200 satoshi but i think that's it. Believing this coin has good future is stupid.

So difficult to anticipate however remember that puppy supply is interminable in the event that they didn't change that with last refresh so it's incomprehensible for puppies to develop any longer, best case scenario some pump and dump to 200 Satoshi, you can't wish more

We dont know what will happen in the doge coin in the next few years but I hope dogecoin have future. For me if you as me a question what will possible price dogecoin after 3 years maybe around 1000 satoshi to 3000 satoshi that amount I think its very big for dogecoin because the price as of now is 100 satoshi and if dogecoin increase more than 1000 satoshi we can make a lot of profit so hold it.

The fact that it's still alive also says a lot.
And i think in five years every crypto coin that is in the top 50 will be a big deal.
And personally i think Dogecoin will remain there.
For long time i saw it as a joke, i still do, but it has a a lot of support and users so that's a good thing.

I think it will stay in the same place as today might have its pup and dump situation but it is important that there are still fast transactions and cheap fees.

Well it's possible because unlike bitcoin, dogecoin is more dynamic coin and very innovative meanwhile it's also therapeutic to hodl because it's so cute type of coin.

Neither of these is very likely to happen in the next 5 years. Especially Doge going to $10k.. There's just way too many coins out there and it was made as a meme coin. When it came out there wasn't many Altcoins and the fact that you could have thousands of them mined in just a short amount of time is what drew people to it. They were even marketing it as a coin that you can look at and see a bunch of coins instead of just fractions of one.

3 years is a really long time and most of you are getting it wrong it is really hard for doge price to increase. The reason why it has so much value is because of it price increases till 120 and then after falls back to 105 ans this process keeps on happening again and again so because of this it is a really easy way to get profit but you need minimum 0.1 btc at least otherwise it's surely not that worth.

In 3 years time, Doge will be dead and burried, already dying.

It looks like doge coin in the coming years will lose in competition with new coin coin, many new coin that can directly compete with old coin coin. If only doge coin did not do much improvement it would seem to lose in the market competition.

i think dogecoin in future will be high and give you good life if u hold degecoins maximum.

No more speculation about the doge coin, It will never growth again because another coin will get a lot of development roadmap and dogecoin is not.  I think that the future of doge already become obviously for us. Dump and Pumpcoin for money.

We dont know what will happen in the price of dogecoin But I hopr it will become successful because I have millions of doge in my wallet and I hope the price will be 1000 satoshi so I can make a lot of profit. As of now the price of dogecoin around 90 to 100 satoshi. If you want to buy just do it but invest only you can afford to lose so you can make a lot of profit after few months.

It's all about users since there is no technological advance, if it is used by more people it will be more valuable in the future.

Realistically, doge price should stay low in the mod term.
The most probable scenario is a NEW coin, and the death of Doge.

Some traders do hold dogecoin because they beleive it will increase soonest. If theres a good reason in buying then definitely it will increase in the future. I also hold some of dogecoin and let see what will happen next.
