On Jun 22, the price drop 4X and I think it because the ICO coin are tradable in exchange. My question is who would be so crazy to pay such a insane price for these ICO before Jun 22. are they manipulated? Does it mean you can buy IOU in hitbtc but not sell IOU in hitbtc? |
