Probably i'm gonna start soon the first amd rig but i'm still choosing the gpu and i'm a bit confused about the choice; These are the gpu that i can take: -ASUS STRIX RX580 8G-GA 8GB -ASUS 8GB RX580-DUAL or wait weeks for the sapphire (580 8GB) Which i should choose and why? Title: Re: Which rx580 choose Post by: Vann on June 30, 2017, 05:52:01 PM Either will have about the same hash rate after being modded. The STRIX is a better card with better cooling, possibly better VRAM and better resale value. If the price difference is not much, I would go with the STRIX card.

Anyone, and I mean ANYONE that willingly buys AMD RX cards at this point is 100% shooting themselves in the foot. Would you buy a car that in 6 months would go from 300 HP to 200 hp? I dont think so.... ps. AMD and Nvidia's board partners already released dedicated mining cards and NEwegg even had some recently.
