Title: CEX.IO Money Withdrawal
Post by: sratra on July 02, 2017, 10:54:30 AM
I was wondering if the withdrawal to VISA works for anyone.

I know its expensive to trade with them as Indians because of shit conversion rates with local banks and high commissions on CEX but I wanted to see how well it works.

Id deposited some funds but I cant seem to get withdrawal to VISA to work. It just says rejected in the history.
If anyone got it to work please share your experience.

On a side note, the direct bank transfer costs 50USD !!! and takes 20 days. Anyone tried the CryptoCapital route?

Actuallt I did try it, its impossible I had to send over bitcoins to zebpay to sell it  >:(  The conversion rate too high plus the transfer is actually not accepted cause they said "Bank acceptance failed"

few days back me and my friends were doing some experimenting with all different exchanges, all different way to take out money.

Things that worked on CEX.IO

Axis Bank (Credit card) (Master card only)
HDFC (CC /DC /MC /VC) none work
ICICI (Credit card) (Master card only)
StandChat (CC /DC /MC /VC) none work
Kotak (CC /DC /MC /VC) none work
Yes Bank (CC /DC /MC /VC) none work
City bank (CC /DC /MC /VC) none work
SBI (CC /DC /MC /VC) none work

any one has any other update i would love to have that info..

Best way currently is Zebpay (convert alt to bit) transfer - sell - withdraw
Kraken / tether.to (Good luck with verification took 3 months to do that) if you have big amount (usd or euro) good option. but you spending like 50$ per transfer so no use unless its few thousand $.
